She supports clients in selecting and setting up tailored product distribution solutions in Switzerland and the European Union, under both early access and commercial terms. This may include ensuring that clients comply with product identification and traceability requirements set forth by the EU Falsified Medicines Directive and the EU (In-vitro-) Medical Devices Regulations, and other supply chain requirements. Barbara also taps into SFL’s expertise in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Marketing to ensure viable solutions.
Before joining SFL, Barbara held line and project management positions in a broad spectrum of subject areas of supply chain management and medicinal product distribution, both in a large international pharma company and in small to medium size biotech companies developing and commercializing orphan drugs.
Barbara holds a Master degree (lic.rer.pol.) in Economics from the University of Basel, Switzerland, as well as an MSc in International Pharmacoeconomics and Health Economics from Cardiff University, UK.
