Dagmara is Senior Quality Assurance Manager at SFL.

She supports SFL’s Quality Assurance team and clients in the preparation of documents for the development and maintenance of their quality management system according to Swiss and EU regulations. Alongside her role in SFL Quality Assurance, she acts as a Deputy Responsible Person for clients and is involved in the preparation and review of quality agreements and SOPs. In addition, Dagmara has a strong background in process transfer and manufacturing of Biologics API and Drug Products including Steriles. Furthermore, she is experienced in inspection preparedness and product launch activities as well as handling other quality management activities, such as change control and deviation management, and metrics collection.

Dagmara worked in various fields in the Pharmaceutical industry including Manufacturing Support and QA, with Small Molecule CDMOs and multinational (Bio)Pharmaceutical companies.

Before starting her professional career, Dagmara conducted part of her doctoral research at the Australian National University, and postdoctoral studies at the Loker Hydrocarbon Research Institute, US. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Würzburg, Germany.
