Joanna is Senior Director Quality Assurance at SFL.

She provides strategic advice supporting clients on the appropriate quality management systems and supply chain on global, regional and Swiss level.

She manages the preparation and review of key documents that support the development and maintenance of quality management systems for commercial organizations, including quality agreements, policies, SOPs and site master files. In addition, Joanna acts as the Responsible Person and Deputy for clients and SFL and provides quality oversight for the safe supply of medicinal products in Switzerland. Joanna is experienced in supporting clients with inspection preparedness and product launch activities as well as handling other quality management activities, such as change control and deviation management, metrics collection and GxP training coordination.

Before joining SFL, Joanna conducted three years of postdoctoral research at University College London, UK, where she specialized in gene and cell therapy. Joanna was awarded a PhD in Molecular Biology at University College London.
