SFL team members discuss early diagnosis for rare diseases during the RDAF webinar

The Rare Disease Action Forum (RDAF) will host a webinar on ‘Early diagnosis for rare diseases’ on 29 March 2023, 17.00-18.30 CET.

SFL’s Senior Vice President Shayesteh Fürst-Ladani, as President of the RDAF, will open the webinar and present the RDAF and its activities to improve patients’ access to diagnosis in Switzerland.

The webinar will feature presentations on the journey to a rare disease diagnosis from a patient’s perspective, challenges in early diagnosis for healthcare providers and the reimbursement of diagnostic tools in Switzerland.

Nathalie Schober-Ladani, Senior Director Public Affairs & Regulatory Intelligence at SFL, will co-moderate the webinar with Peter Löffelhardt (HOPOS, patient umbrella organization in the hemato-oncology field) and lead the discussion with the speakers and the audience on solutions to improve access to diagnosis for rare disease patients.

The webinar program is available here. Registration for the webinar is open and free of charge.
