SFL’s Head of Medical Devices Karin Schulze is chairing a session at the Medtech & Pharma Platform (MPP) Virtual Annual Conference (22-23 October 2020, online). The session entitled “From ideation to innovative products” (October 22, 3:30 pm CEST) will include presentations and an interactive panel discussion on developing groundbreaking medical devices, protecting intellectual property and complying with the EU Medical Devices Regulation (MDR) and In vitro Diagnostics Medical Devices Regulation (IVDR) requirements. Karin is an expert in Medical Devices, previously leading a Notified Body, is a certified auditor, and has been a member of the MPP Annual Conference Program Committees responsible for curating the scientific content presented at the 2019 and 2020 events. Karin regularly provides advice for start-ups on regulatory requirements that they must comply with when developing innovative healthcare products.
